It’s not only a park but a great neighborhood in Denver to live. This area is bordered to the west by York street, north by Colfax Avenue, east by Colorado Boulevard and south by Sixth Avenue. Congress Park was originally known as Cemetery Hill due to the cemetery located in this area. It was starting to put a damper on the growth here so in 1980 the graves were moved and a park was born. This neighborhood includes tennis courts, a playground, an outdoor swimming pool and the 7th Avenue Historic District.

This neighborhood houses a variety of historic homes, especially along 7th Avenue. The average price of a home here is around $484,000. If you are hungry for breakfast, be sure to check out Snooze in Congress Park.
