Denver’s City Park is in the east central part of the city. It’s boundaries are York Street to the west, Colfax Avenue to the south, Colorado Boulevard to the east and 23rd Avenue to the north. It’s the largest and most notable park in Denver, within it lies the Denver Zoo, The Museum of Nature and Science, Ferril and Duck Lakes and a boathouse.

The park takes up most of the neighborhood therefore the homes only take up 2 blocks of the area. The neighborhood is mostly made up of historic brick buildings with a number of historic Denver Square style homes. They are mostly along Colfax Avenue which is also where all the hip restaurants and stores are.
